Our packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.
Shipment Options
We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous US on orders over $250. All time frames are given in business days (M-F). We do not ship on Holidays. Ground is 3-5 Business Days. We do not offer rush or international shipping.
Shipping Cost
We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous US on orders over $250. Shipping for items below that amount will be auto-populated in your cart once you enter your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns
Grayce Bridal & Formal will accept returns within 10 days of delivery of item, so long as the item is in it's original packaging, with original tags attached and unworn/used. Returns are eligible for store credit only; no refunds.
For special order (not in stock in store) merchandise, only one return per customer per 3 month period will be accepted.
Please contact online@graycebridal.com with your order number to initiate the returns process. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
